Web app
The flatre.ai dashboard — pipelines, inbox, contacts, properties, AI agents. Served from US edge regions.
API
The transactional API powering the dashboard, mobile, and integrations. Rate-limited per workspace.
Auth & sessions
Sign-in via Google, Microsoft, password, and passkeys. Session revocation and workspace switching.
Mailbox sync
Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo connections — incoming threads, outbound sends, and reply suggestions.
AI agents
Lead Outreach, Onboarding, Property Intake, Transaction, Contract Review, Inspection & Repair, Inbox Matching, Flatre AI, and Valuation. Outbound sends stay gated unless low-risk Trusted Auto checks pass.
E-signature
DocuSign-backed signing for offers, disclosures, and listing agreements. Webhook delivery from the provider.
Brokerage MLS sync
Provisioned Spark, Bridge, and partner RESO feeds for listings, property data, and comparable sales used by valuation flows.
Lead sync
Meta Lead Ads and Follow Up Boss connections that drop new prospects into the pipeline.
Billing
Subscription and seat billing through Stripe — checkout, invoices, plan changes, and webhooks.
Scheduled work,
announced ahead of time.
Migrations, provider cutovers, and other planned windows are listed here at least 48 hours in advance with the expected impact and rollback plan.
